unforgettable cave tour with the community

hey everyone,

after a bit of a break, it was time to kick off another community event. this time, i decided to try something completely different – a cave tour! so, i organized an exciting cave exploration together with my community. we met our fantastic guides, lutz and lukas from https://aktiv-zentrum.at and began with a one-hour hike through a beautiful and steep, forest. once we reached the top, we took a break, had some snacks, and received a briefing for the cave tour. after suiting up in our cave gear, the real adventure began.

I brought my camera to capture the best moment. as we ventured deeper into the cave, it became darker, more exciting, and narrower. initially, the cave was vast and awe-inspiring, but soon we had to start crawling through tighter spaces. it was a fantastic mental and physical challenge, and it really brought us together as a group.

We spent about two and a half hours exploring the cave. One of the highlights was turning off our headlamps for two minutes to experience complete darkness – an unforgettable sensation.

We climbed, slid down small drops, and navigated some wet areas. Despite the constant temperature of 8 degrees celsius, the physical activity kept us warm.

after making it out safely, we took a well-deserved break and then began our descent, passing by breathtaking waterfalls along the way.

in summary, the cave tour was an incredible experience. it challenged us, strengthened our bonds, and provided countless unforgettable moments.
